Good mattress and bedroom furnitures shop, price is on mid to high tier. They carry their own brand selections. Quality and build looks good. Salesperson was very friendly and approachable.

Its an unpleasant experience to shop there. The sales lady was cold and unwilling to help to reach out to her manager who may can make the decision on negotiation of the price. I was thinking of buy couple of things from the store, but all the price is nonnegotiable even Im buying couple of them and the lady Julie said that thats all she can do. Then I asked can we have a chat with the manager to see whether its possible, her answer was manager is off and sounded like this is the final price take it or go away! I dont understand why they are treating their potential customers like so. Being nice to people is not that hard, if the price is nonnegotiable and you can not reach out to your manager, can you at least act like you care about your customers rather than giving a blank and cold face.
