Excellent service and product. We liked what we saw in the showroom and ordered that exactly. We got a good deal with a discount for spending over a certain amount. It was booked for delivery in 3 weeks and they arrived on the day, on time. Had them install it so it was all done well and right. Love it when people do what they say they are going to do and it all works smoothly. Well done!
4 years ago we bought a lot of furniture from BoConcept. We are really happy with it. Last week we had an issue with the coffee table. The store manager dealt with the matter quickly, effectively and gave us a very good outcome. Terrific to see a company which stands by its products so wholeheartedly. We were first attracted by the simple, stylish and sophisticated designs of the Copenhagenl cabinet units we saw at the display room. Your designer Chris helped us draw and design custom-made units right away on the computer. It was all done professionally and beautifully. We were happy that we did not need to wait too long for the new cabinets to arrive.The assemblers who came to put the cabinets together did a marvellous job too and all in all, we would not hesitate to recommend BoConcept to our family and friends!!!
Our BoConcept desks are amazing. We moved into a newly built house and my year 6 daughter's room and my office needed something special.The study desks and chairs are so comfortable and aesthetically beautiful to look at.
