I just love my furniture from max sparrow.
We bought a Winchester sofa and armchair last September and we absolutely delighted with the unique style , material ,the quality of the product and the white glove Delivery service in Sydney. It was exactly what I was looking for, and I couldn't find it anywhere else. I recommended to my daughter who ordered some pieces of furniture as well.
We visited Max Sparrow at Moore Park and I was disappointed by the quality of most of their display furniture, scratches poor paintwork it looks nothing like what it does on their website. However there were a few very nice pieces there. But after reading the reviews about waiting times for delivery it looks like a Nick Scali thing where you have to wait 3 months and longer and then return the item because of damages. A word of advice for Max Sparrow - stock your showroom with good quality furniture that is undamaged. I probable wouldn't buy anything from Max Sparrow.

Dining table took 2,5 month to arrive, but obviously they wanted full payment on ordering. When it finally arrives after several phone calls and follow up conversations, the nuts and bolts are missing from the box.Drivers leave a message to Max Sparrow, but nobody gets back us.Two days later we call Max Sparrow and explain the situation. A lady says she will follow up and send us an email to confirm that action is being taken. Email never arrives.One more phone call to Max Sparrow. This time they promise to follow up.Three days later. A manager calls me letting us know they are working on it, but no timeframe of when we can have the missing parts.Mistakes happen. That's okay, but comms are terrible and they seem disorganised.We still don't have table - just a huge flat pack stuck for two weeks on our front terrace.Just the fact that Max Sparrow have not addressed a single bad review here shows how little they care for their customers.Avoid.
