Absolutely love the American oak bookshelf that we purchased from Icon by Design. Loved the fact that we could also quickly purchase this product online with super fast delivery. The bookshelf arrived in one solid piece that didn't require any installation, was an added plus and the delivery team were prompt and super friendly. We bought three bookcases for our new home. Its always a bit hard to tell quality on line but they were great. The service was prompt and their support in tracking delivery was first rate. They rang ahead of delivery and unlike many delivered within the window they said they would. And the bookcases look great in their new home!
Recently visited Icon By Design Richmond store and purchased dining table and chairs. Service provided in store by Michael was exceptional. Delivery of items was very quick to regional NSW considering it was a few weeks out from Christmas. There was a slight issue with one of our chairs which was immediately rectified and a new chair delivered within 48 hours. Definitely will shop here again for quality product and exceptional customer service, very happy with our purchase.
