I phoned 4 storage facilities.... Two didn't answer the phone, one guy didn't understand the difference between cubic volume and dimensions, another was just unhelpful. Kennards (so far, I haven't checked in yet) had excellent friendly phone customer service, a very user friendly online sign on process and a follow up call. Well done so far.
