The worst store. You will not receive adequate service here, the manager is constantly not in place. I bought a phone here, after three weeks it stopped turning on, I passed it to the store for diagnosis. They called me and said it was physical damage, the repair would cost $ 50. Two weeks later, they sent me a new repair cost at half the price of the phone $ 180. They don't return me my phone. I do not recommend this place.

Purchase online and when I got to bing lee Moore park it was busy but the staff was accommodating and great, no problem encountered here. Great service. I wont say that everyone will have a great experience, we always encounter poor service in our lifetime but we can always sit back and think, is it really worth getting angry with something beyond someones control? Have a great day people, there are someone out there with bigger problems than ours. Relax, take a moment to breathe and just be happy.
Absolute joke of a place! Tried to simply collect something I had ordered online, as I greet a salesman with the details of my order I quickly get directed to the front desk. They asked for ID and when I gave them my school ID as I dont have a drivers license not a passport, they declined and said it wasnt a valid form of ID. Gave them a my debit card as its my only other card with my name on it and yet still nothing. I had every form of receipt via email and text and yet it still wasnt good enough for them. This is an absolute disgrace of a shop, dont waste your time!
I love Bing Lee Moore Park. Always great, efficient service and the delivery teams go beyond the call of duty. This time I bought a fridge - easy, efficient purchase. The delivery team - Jamie and Alex were very courteous, professional and experienced. Measured the space before installation and made sure they could install without damage. The delivery was awkward because of stairs and space but Jamie and Alex were cheerful and capable throughout. I will continue making Bing Lee Moore Park my go-to appliance store.
