I recently went to see Dr Tom Cross about numerous issues I have, it was great to be assessed and have the imaging I required all in one hit & results on the same day. I even managed to book in for Physio the next day! One stop shop. Thank you.
If I could leave 0 stars or NEGATIVE stars then I would. This man was absolutely atrocious. He treated me, a school student, with nothing but disrespect and disgust. His practice also profits from sending people to get countless X-rays and MRI's at the radiology practice next door. DO NOT GO TO DR TOM CROSS. If you aren't a professional athlete with lots of cash to spare, he simply will not care. He is simply in it for the money. I could write an entire essay on how bad this man was. And I am still young with not as serious health issues as I'm sure many others have. He will string you along and say you have a long journey to recover, when you actually don't. He is a user and the worst 'Doctor' I have ever come across. I cannot express how bad my experience was with this man. I was shocked and dismayed at my experience. I hope you don't have to experience this as well. Just find another Doctor, there are many. Do NOT give a cent to this man.
