I returned to collect the car 30mins early (told them 2 hours, came back in 1.5) and they charged me a $10 "valet" fee. The guy unapologetically pointed to the bottom of a very non-prominent sign which had this stated. Got my refund (minus the $10) and left without the wash, which was going to take another 30mins anyway. I've never been to a car wash that charged a fee for coming back to get the car early! No mention of this policy when I sent the car in.
DONT BOTHER!! Went here today to get a deluxe wash and was thoroughly disappointed. Biggest waste of money! Received my car back dirty with bird poo stains still on my car - ones of which I could easily get off with my fingers. I complained to the gentleman explaining I was not happy with the service as I paid $40 to get my car cleaned and it is still dirty. He then went on to explain that unless he could get it off with one wipe with the sponge, I would have to pay $60 total to do a detail clean. I phoned the manager who was absolutely useless and was defending the company saying that they dont scrub hard and if thats needed then I had to pay more. I explained that I licked my finger and could easily get it off and that there was no effort to clean my car and have paid to have a dirty car. The manager continued to talk over me and not listen to anything I was saying.Absolutely disgusted with the service and would not recommend this company to anyone unless you wanted to pay to keep a dirty car.
Went to use these boffins. Customer Service 101 is not to be a dick to your customers. Watching them yelling and waving arms at people as they pulled up. Decided I could not trust them to actually do a good job if they couldn't even politely direct customers where to drop off their cars.
Been using this car wash for a few years now, gets the mostly job done while taking the kids to EQ. Unfortunately their attention to detail is sorely lacking and the owner Chris seems unwilling or unable to improve it. Several times over the years I've patiently brought the car back and showed him the rush job and lack of detail applied to even obvious exterior panels, and all I get is a brush off or excuse that I didn't pay for a superior detail ($190) so I shouldn't expect that to be clean. To his credit this time Chris asked if I wanted a free wash, but no I shouldn't have to leave my car for another hour while your guys have a second go. Sorry Chris but you need to listen to your customers and make a change or you will continue to lose repeat business.
