I purchased an Arlo security camera last year. It was on the New Years weekend and I thought I was doing something wrong. So I called geeks costing me $220 . Before I unpacked it I noticed it had been repackaged. So I photographed it. Called fair trading and they said I was not only entitled to a replacement as it chad been vandalised and scratched probably by some next door. They gave me a spare battery but I should have persisted as I was told by the government to call them back if I had any trouble. I was happy to get a replacement. The only reason I give them any stars is about 3 or 4 years ago I bought a 5C I phone . It was replaced 5 times by Apple then some thing probably Siri broke and I took it back told the old manager what I had been through he gave me a cash refund and bought a 6. Unfortunately I didnt understand smart phones like now and stupidly bought a 16 gb. The next I purchased a 7+ 256gb from Apple Broadway. So that manager was good. I would have given 5 stars if they didnt pull a shifty on me with the security camera. So where ever you shop make sure the package is not repackaged.
